From the 13th to the 14th of May 2024, the HS4U team gathered for the project’s 3rd General Assembly, in Caparica, Portugal.  The project has seen significant progress across various fronts. During the 1st day, all work package activities were thoroughly discussed and partners presented their Tasks and respective work to ensure alignment with project timelines and objectives.

Effective risk management remains a priority. Comprehensive discussions were held to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. The focus was on proactive risk identification and following robust timelines. This proactive approach aims to minimise the impact of unforeseen issues on the project’s progress and ensure the smooth execution of upcoming tasks.

During the 2nd day of the meeting, a Work Package 5 workshop, aimed at discussing and defining the KPIs to measure the usability, efficiency, impact and safety of the target values we propose in the HS4U project. All partners collaboratively set the stage for the next and more crucial HS4U phase which includes the experimentation and pilot implementation activities.

Overall, the project is progressing well, with significant advancements across all work packages. The workshops and risk management discussions have strengthened our collaborative approach and preparedness. Stay tuned for the next pilot activities!
