The project seeks to reduce the total time required for TEN-T Hub Ports to berth containerships and to promote SSS feeder services in smaller ports\, which often lack the necessary infrastructure. \nThroughout its course\, MOSES has harnessed innovation and put theories to the test in real-life conditions. This second demonstration is nothing short of impressive\, showcasing the ability of a spreader to autonomously lock onto a container on the quayside. This remarkable feat allows for container transfer to the vessel without the need for an on-site crane operator. SUMMARY:HS4U 1st General Assembly
DESCRIPTION:On April 24th – 26th 2023\, HS4U’s 1st General Assembly will take place at the Celestyal Crystal cruise ship. A meeting like no other\, as project partners will have the pleasure to sail around the Aegean Sea. \nDuring this 3-day long meeting\, partners will assess the work achieved so far and decide how to move forward. From progress updates on multiple Work Packages (WP1\, WP2\, WP3\, WP5\, WP6)\, to ship design aspects of the HS4U\, information exchange (T2.3\, T3.1)\, interactive workshops (t2.1) to analysing available results (Task 3.1). \nABS Hellenic\, as WP1 Leader\, will be responsible for planning and organising HS4U’s 1st General Assembly to ensure everything runs smoothly. \nMore information will follow soon !
