HS4U was present at the Transport Research Arena 2024, held from 15-18 April in Dublin, Ireland. With 4000 attendees, including the general public, researchers, policymakers, and industry representatives, the event is the largest European research and technology conference on transport and mobility, covering all transport modes and all aspects of mobility.
The HS4U project was showcased at the Waterborne TP stand through the project’s poster, the presence of the Project Coordinator (ABS), and the dissemination of project leaflets. The project’s poster attracted the interest of various participants, and the leaflets were distributed among the attendees. The project coordinator engaged in numerous discussions with participants and discussed with other project partners , including representatives from AETHON and NETCOMPANY, as well as with representatives from our sister project Healthy Sailing.
Overall, the event attracted approximately 4000 attendees, significantly more than previous TRA events. Numerous discussions took place throughout the event, addressing the main challenges in the transport and mobility of people and goods, focusing on energy, environment, safety and security, and socio-economic issues. The event aimed to explore the most advanced research and innovations, the latest technological and industrial developments and implementations, and innovative policies, both in Europe and worldwide.
HS4U’s participation enabled the project to promote its activities to a broad audience open to all interested parties. Stay tuned for our next events and activities!!
